Job Summary
Own PAN India supply strategy by building vendor attachment pipelines, executing geography-based campaigns to acquire fleets, and conducting ground-level market research to identify untapped supply pools. Generate independent pricing benchmarks from first principles, analyze demand-supply gaps by city and trip type, and close them proactively. Lead commercial negotiations with vendors and fleet owners, draft agreements, and enforce SLA adherence while driving quarterly commercial reviews. Hire and manage a high-performing supply team, develop SOPs for vendor onboarding, and ensure all documentation remains current. Report campaign performance with clear metrics on fleet attachment and cost per vehicle.

- Proven capability to plan and execute budget-controlled, geography-based campaigns
- Strong analytical skills Excel, MIS reporting, pricing models, and operational dashboards
- Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination in a multi-city environment
- Technology-savvy comfortable with fleet management platforms, GPS tools, and operations software
- Excellent stakeholder management — vendors, clients, internal teams, and leadership
- 5–9 years in fleet management, corporate mobility, car rental, transport aggregation, or logistics
- Prior experience in ETS/BTS operations or managing a PAN India vendor network
- Experience running supply-side operations for a B2B mobility, logistics, or SaaS-driven transport company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
