Job Summary
Manage end-to-end client relationships from onboarding to retention, developing comprehensive success plans and conducting regular meetings to gather feedback. Drive account growth through strategic planning, revenue analysis, and executing cross-selling and upselling opportunities while optimizing service delivery costs. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution, lead the account management team, and handle manpower planning. Prepare monthly work plans, generate performance reports, and develop budget plans to track KPIs and standardize processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5-8 years in account management, client services, or business development
- 3+ years in the transport, logistics, or mobility services sector
- 2+ years in team leadership or management role
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts
- Experience in contract negotiation and renewal
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth and upselling
- Transport and logistics industry knowledge
- CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Contract negotiation and management
