Job Summary
Community Use Attendant is a frontline, part-time role reporting to the Community Use Cluster Supervisor/Lead Officer. The role involves engaging with customers via telephone, email, and in person; operating booking procedures; cleaning and maintaining designated areas; preparing and clearing equipment to meet customer/service needs; and acting as a nominated key holder to open and secure buildings. It requires working five days over seven (including evenings and weekends), travel between facilities (where needed), and adherence to health and safety policies and procedures. The candidate should demonstrate strong teamwork, positive customer service, flexible mindset, initiative, and basic IT skills to operate internal systems. A driving licence is not essential, and travel between Community Use facilities may be required.
