Job Summary
The Community Treatment Center Advocate is responsible for initiating, organizing, and implementing direct services to participants and families. The role includes group facilitation, assisting with treatment goals, designing individualized program plans, maintaining service records, and ensuring proper dosage levels of group curriculum. This part-time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and potential weekends. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and transportation are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with youth and families involved in the Juvenile Justice System
- Skill trade knowledge (carpentry, gardening, maintenance, culinary, electrical, mechanical)
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking
- Experience using an electronic health record system (EHR)
