Job Summary
Assist clients with completing hygiene, developing independence, and building self-worth while preparing and implementing their service plans and treatment goals. Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers to support healthy lifestyle choices and community integration. Help clients obtain appropriate healthcare services and attend outdoor activities such as movies, dining, parks, and beaches. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and patience.
