Job Summary
Assist clients with completing hygiene, developing independence, and building self-worth while preparing and implementing service plans and treatment goals. Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers to promote healthy lifestyle choices and access to appropriate healthcare. Support individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing in their own homes to enhance their quality of life and foster autonomy. This role offers diverse schedule options including day, evening, and overnight shifts at WORK Inc., a progressive provider of services to adults with disabilities in Braintree.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in American Sign Language
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- High School diploma
