Responsibilities include delivering therapy to clients, utilizing AI-powered tools for editable, insurance-compliant notes, and developing and tracking treatment plans and goals. The platform handles credentialing with major insurers, billing, referrals, and client matching, allowing therapists to focus on client care. Compensation is paid bi-weekly per completed sessions, with pay determined by provider license type and session specifics. Therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, while SonderMind supports space-sharing connections. Must hold a Master's degree or higher and be fully licensed to practice independently across approved state licenses.
