Job Summary
Licensed mental health therapists are invited to join SonderMind's network to provide therapy with the flexibility to conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person, manage their own practice, and receive streamlined credentialing, guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, client referrals, and AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burden. The role supports independent practice with platform-backed billing, insurance credentialing, and dedicated practice support, while therapists secure their own space for in-person sessions. Pay ranges from $80 to $111 per hour based on license type and session details. All sessions are delivered within a network that emphasizes ethical, relationship-driven care and clinician-led outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP)
