Licensed master’s-level mental health clinician sought to join SonderMind’s network as a Community Therapist. Role supports both telehealth and in-person sessions, with flexibility to manage a practice, accept referrals, and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and client engagement. Credentialing is handled by SonderMind; providers are paid bi-weekly for completed sessions (including no-shows) and can onboard existing clients while benefiting from client matching, dedicated account support, and nationwide insurance credentialing. Office-free arrangement for in-person work is not required; therapists secure their own space for in-person sessions, with guidance and space-sharing options available. Compensation ranges from $80 to $111 per hour, with pay determined by license type, session location, and session types.
