The role offers guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, seamless credentialing with major insurers, and onboarding of existing clients with ongoing referrals and account-management support. Therapists manage their own practice, determine hours, and can leverage AI-powered tools for notes, session takeaways, goal setting, treatment planning, and client engagement. Note: SonderMind does not provide office space; you are responsible for securing your own in-person location if needed.
