Community Therapist (Remote)

Therapists join a telehealth or in-person care model supporting clients through SonderMind’s platform. Responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, managing a caseload, and collaborating with a dedicated account manager. The role emphasizes client referrals, insured credentialing support, and use of AI-powered tools to streamline documentation (AI Notes, session takeaways, session prep, goal setting, treatment planning, and reflections). Must hold a Master's degree or higher and be fully licensed to practice independently in the state. Pay ranges $80-$111 per hour, with bi-weekly guaranteed pay for completed sessions; therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, with remote options available.
