Job Summary
Lead a team focused on opportunity identification, strategic planning, and growth across 400 small market financial institution partners and 600+ self-directed institutions; guide development of a digital-first strategy to optimize production, oversee talent management and development for direct reports, ensure compliance with ethics and AML/BSA policies, and drive partner growth, sales execution, and customer experience through cross-functional leadership and strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in payments (credit card preferable)
- 3+ years of management experience
- BA/MBA in finance, accounting or other related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Extensive knowledge of payments industry, specifically credit card
- Ability to diagnose performance gaps, identify solutions, and drive performance improvements
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and influence/partnership skills
- Experience and credibility as a sales leader with relationship management skills
- Accountability for strategic execution, business development, and partner management practices
