Job Summary
Execute community driving and monetized events in stores 4-5 times weekly, including Birthday Parties, Pairings, Thirsty Thursday activations, and vendor-sponsored sampling. Prepare and conduct events at the Community Table while assisting with large catering sales. Collaborate with CMM on local social posts and support outside selling focused on seasonal goals. Provide support to Cart 2 Class and manage community activations at sponsorships and store-based outreach. Requires ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple deadlines. Must be at least 18 years old with strong communication and organization skills.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for food
- Ability to tell stories
- Experience in retail
- Knowledge of Lowes Foods store departments
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
