Job Summary
Execute community driving and monetized events in store locations four to five times weekly, including Birthday Parties, Pairings, and Thirsty Thursday activations. Prepare and conduct events at the Community Table while supporting vendor-sponsored sampling and large catering sales. Collaborate with CMM on local social posts for marketing initiatives and assist with outside selling focused on seasonal goals. Provide support to Cart 2 Class as needed and manage community activations at sponsorships and store-based outreach. This role requires the ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods, with a preference for candidates with Lowes Foods retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for food
- Ability to tell stories
- Experience in retail
- Knowledge of Lowes Foods store departments
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
