Job Summary
Execute community driving and monetized events in stores four to five times weekly, including Birthday Parties, Pairings, Thirsty Thursday activations, and vendor-sponsored sampling. Prepare and conduct events at the Community Table while assisting with large catering sales. Collaborate with CMM on local social posts and support outside selling efforts focused on seasonal goals. Provide support to Cart 2 Class and manage store-based outreach activations at sponsorships. This role requires the ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly, stand for extended periods, and multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment. Must be at least 18 years of age with retail experience, preferably with the Lowes Foods Brand.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to tell stories
- Experience in retail
- Knowledge of Lowes Foods store departments
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
