Job Summary
Leads and oversees staff delivering community-based supports, coordinating scheduling, participating in hiring, coaching staff, conducting performance reviews, and providing training on staff and DDS regulations. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, supports individuals to achieve personal goals, responds to emergencies, travels to service areas, and collaborates with providers and customers to remove barriers while maintaining a client-centered approach aligned with organizational mission and values. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to manage multiple duties, participate in mandatory trainings, and uphold professional standards as a proactive team leader.
