Job Summary
Support individuals in an apartment setting through one-on-one interactions focused on their journey to independence. Provide personal care assistance including dressing, bathing, showering, and toileting. Work independently while maintaining team structure during full-time day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-3:30pm or 3pm-10:30pm. Requires one year of Direct Support Professional, ILS, or ARMHS experience, a valid US driver's license, and basic computer skills. Background checks are mandatory for all new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work
- 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
- Valid US driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience preferred
