Job Summary
Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and accompany clients on outings while managing shopping and errands. Provide medication reminders, assist with ambulation and transport, and offer companionship to clients. Follow care plans and complete documentation and charting for all services. Travel around the location territory with access to a mobile phone and internet. Maintain a clean background check and select your own shifts ranging from two to eight hours.
