Job Summary

Community Support Worker in Outreach & Intensive Supported Independent Living provides positive support to at-risk and vulnerable young adults, helping them create a safe space they can call a home. You will build strong, resilient relationships and promote a connected community where everyone belongs, role-model positive behaviors, be a constant presence, and help others gain skills and confidence in their lives and roles in the community.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with at-risk or vulnerable youth
  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week (biweekly average)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
