Job Summary
Deliver person-centred rehabilitation support to adults recovering from brain injury. Follow tailored rehabilitation plans to help individuals rebuild independence, confidence, and everyday living skills. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, exercise, and wellbeing; encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes; role is fully supported by comprehensive training and development. 35-hour contract in Fleetwood, England; competitive pay up to £14.21 per hour with additional weekend/Bank Holiday rate.
