Job Summary
Support individuals in their own homes or in the community, promoting social inclusion and helping clients develop life skills. Duties include budgeting, cleaning, cooking, personal care, medication administration, recording daily activities, and facilitating access to employment or education. Requires weekend availability, a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; occasional travel to other supported locations and in-home/ community visits. Opportunities for induction, ongoing training, and vocational qualifications; safeguarding and pre-employment checks are in place.
