Job Summary
Support workers assist individuals with personal care tasks, household management, meal preparation, medication support, and community access. Candidates should be resilient, confident, and committed to helping clients lead fulfilling lives. A full New Zealand Driver's License and the ability to drive a mobility van are required. Previous personal care experience is preferred, and flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, are involved. Comprehensive training is provided for those new to the healthcare sector.
Required Qualifications

- Full New Zealand Driver's License
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
Desired Qualifications
- Prior personal care experience in resthome and/or community
- Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to travel anywhere in Auckland
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
