Job Summary
Community Support Worker – Aged Care in North Brisbane dedicated to providing direct in-home care to eligible aged clients. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, showering, grooming), domestic assistance, social support, respite, meals, and transport, all conducted in accordance with client care plans and applicable standards. Role requires supporting clients to maintain independence at home, with emphasis on culturally safe practice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or relevant qualification
- 6 to 12 months’ experience in a similar home and community care role
- C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
- Current Criminal History Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
