Job Summary
Conduct intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in improving their physical and mental health. Plan clients' activities and social outings, develop community connections, and assist with daily living, domestic tasks, transport, and community trips. Perform both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing duties while managing on-call rotations and traveling to different areas across the Sydney region. Requires fluency in English, a full Australian driver's licence with own car and insurance, and experience in manual handling and challenging behaviours.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Must be available on Mondays
- Must be driving
- Full Australian driver's licence and own car
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas
