Job Summary
Lead the Community Support Team with clinical guidance and supervisory oversight for clinicians; provide psychotherapy and counseling and develop person-centered plans; deliver services in the community and across Wake County, with a hybrid schedule of in-person and community-based work; requires licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT/LPA or provisional) and a valid driver's license; must be able to travel to Wake County and surrounding areas; proficient with EHR software and Microsoft Office; collaborate to connect clients with community resources.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LPA or Provisional license
- A valid driver's license
- current auto insurance
- a good driving record
- Travel to Wake County and surrounding areas
- Experience with Electronic Health Records software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
