Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions; maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; collaborate with care teams as needed; maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards; participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level); manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it; build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations; focus on coordinating client services and emergent scheduling issues; flexible scheduling options; opportunities to grow clinical focus areas; compensation provided as hourly pay with range $22.91-$29.42 depending on licensure level, education, and experience; placement within the range based on licensure level, education, and experience; location: Waynesville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is required
- QP (Qualified Professional) credential is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience: at least 2 years in community services or population served
- Demonstrated record of increasing responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum four years of experience in certain MH/SA/DD contexts (per posting) may be preferred
- CQ credential/ licensure applicable for position
- BQ or related licensure depending on track
