Job Summary
Community Support Team (CST) Peer Support Professional provides individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions, maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborates with care teams to support adults with mental illness or substance use disorders. The role focuses on community-based services, crisis support, and promoting recovery and self-determination through scheduled activities and wellness education (problem solving, anger management, and life skills). Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- NC Peer Support Specialist Certification
- Valid driver's license to be able to transport consumers.
