Job Summary
Provide 1:1 in-home and in-community support focusing on daily living skills; assist individuals with personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, fostering independence; provide skill development in community participation, health, safety and wellness, household management and adaptive skills; attend team meetings, write progress reports, and assist supervisors in maintaining consistency in service provision and communication with support team members; require driving own vehicle with mileage reimbursement; must be at least 18 years old (or 21 depending on person-served); valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable vehicle; HS diploma/GED with Associates degree or two years equivalent experience; willingness to drive a 30-mile radius; adept with technology; strong communication skills; benefits include health insurance for full-time employees, PTO, 401k, paid training, and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associates in relevant field OR two years equivalent experience in working with developmentally disabled and/or mental illness, as determined by the supervisor.
