Job Summary
Community Support Specialists provide mental health support in clients' homes and communities, assisting them in achieving their recovery goals related to work, relationships, and independent living. Responsibilities include care planning, case management, connecting clients to resources, and supporting them in daily living skills. The role requires effective communication, time management, and organization skills. Eligible candidates may have diverse educational and experiential backgrounds, including high school diplomas with clinical experience, bachelor’s or master’s degrees in relevant fields. Competitive pay with additional salary increases for licensure is offered.
Required Qualifications
