Job Summary
North Suffolk seeks a Community Support Specialist to engage with and support individuals with severe mental illness in achieving health, wellness, and self-management goals, while participating in treatment planning and assisting with various life skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- At least one year experience with population that has severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder
- MAP and CPR/First Aid certification (must obtain within five months of hire)
- Massachusetts Drivers License

- Bachelors Degree
- Bilingual Spanish and American Sign Language skills
