Community Support Specialist – Mental Health & Substance Use Recovery

Job Summary
Conduct community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation for individuals seeking recovery. Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT. Coordinate care with external providers including physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations while maintaining accurate documentation of services and client progress. Facilitate PSR group sessions and participate in ongoing staff development and quality improvement initiatives. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or a related human service field
- A high school diploma / GED and 5 years supervised clinical experience in mental health or human services
