Job Summary
Receive customer phone calls regarding work orders, architectural review requests, and association responsibilities. Manage complex work orders requiring committee or board approval, process compliance notices, and handle architectural review applications including deposits and special plans. Maintain system records for homeowner information, parking passes, and amenity reservations while organizing physical ballots and archiving documents. Serve as the first escalation for transferred homeowner calls and provide periodic relief for the Division Receptionist. Coordinate with service providers for access and parking enforcement questions and support updates to third-party systems.
Required Qualifications

- Associate's Degree
- Proficiency in administrative support
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
