Job Summary
Plan and facilitate virtual sessions on Zoom covering skill-building, creative activities, fitness, and community access for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Support participants in daily living, communication, wellness, and self-advocacy while promoting inclusive participation within group settings. Maintain clear documentation of sessions and progress, communicate with families and team members, and collaborate with Case Managers to ensure service consistency. Complete reports and case notes in a timely manner. This part-time role offers 18 hours per week at $20 per hour, with direct hours from 9:00am to 1:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, plus two hours of weekly planning time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Comfort and proficiency with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom)
