Job Summary
Community Support Specialist responsibilities include supporting daily operations within the Community 43 program, focusing on client engagement and maintaining a welcoming clinic atmosphere. Duties include greeting clients and assisting with check-in for morning groups, maintaining regular outreach to absent clients, providing a professional presence, enabling facility upkeep (coffee service, cleaning of common areas, outdoor smoking-area maintenance), organizing the donation closet, identifying organizational needs for donation management, and program support with a structured schedule (Mon–Thu and Fri mornings). Additional duties may include client outreach and alumni coordination. Compliance with background checks and drug screenings is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS)
- Proof of Negative TB Test (current within required timeframe)
- Current CPR / First Aid Certification
- Completion of HIPAA Training prior to or upon hire
- Ability to comply with all ADHS, AHCCCS, and Joint Commission standards
