Job Summary
Community Support Individual (CSI) provides in-home support to children, adolescents, and families to develop life skills, improve behavioral well-being, and connect families with community resources. Responsibilities include skill development with clients, resource linkage, teaching parenting techniques, advocacy with mental health professionals and schools, safety planning, and comprehensive documentation of services. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience; ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends; access to laptop and Georgia driver's license; Spanish/English bilingual a plus; in-person role based in Marietta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field
- Minimum of two years of experience in community support, case management, or related roles
- Proven experience working with at-risk children, adolescents, and families
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse populations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Access to a laptop, a valid Georgia driver’s license, and reliable transportation
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus!
