Job Summary
Teach clients to utilize community resources, manage medications, budget finances, and access transportation while enhancing their independence through skills training and supervision. Conduct activities necessary for maximum community living, maintain all required trainings and documentation in the EMR within 24 hours of service delivery, and participate in therapeutic rehabilitation and 1915i Rise services as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ensuring all individuals receive behavioral support and crisis coping skills aligned with their treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- one year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a behavioral health disorder
- valid driver's license
- 2 years of driving experience
- Conscientious
- Dependable
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
