Job Summary
Own and operate Turo's host community presence online, managing discussions, content cadence, and engagement across the Australia region. Run regular host engagement events on Zoom, organize the annual community event calendar, and manage relationships with high-potential hosts as their primary point of contact. Monitor host quality signals including ratings and cancellation rates, use data and host tiering to identify top performers, and build automations to address inefficient processes. Gather qualitative feedback from hosts, synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights, and partner with Product Marketing and Australia Marketing teams to ensure new product rollouts land clearly. Execute assigned workstreams in Asana, maintaining project documentation and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Simplify complexity and write & speak with warmth and clarity
- Comfortable facilitating a Zoom, holding a conversation with a large host, and running a structured program
- 1-2 years in customer success, community management, program coordination, or a related field
- Organized and dependable
- Excellent follow-through
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal hand-holding
- Demonstrates Turo's values through work product and in how you show up with teammates and hosts
- Work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Desired Qualifications
- You build with AI
- Already using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as a core part of how you work
- Reach for Zapier, Make, or no-code tools to automate the repetitive stuff before asking anyone for help
- A portfolio of automations, side projects, or AI-assisted workflows is genuinely interesting to us
- Comfortable interpreting dashboards and standard reports to guide prioritization
- An eye for quality metrics and what drives host performance
- Familiarity with CRM or data dashboards (Salesforce, Tableau, Domo)
- Some exposure to SQL
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
