Job Summary
Lead workshops with Hosts and their teams to establish foundations in community design, content cadence, and engagement strategy. Serve as a strategic partner during the onboarding phase to set up Networks for maximum member adoption, while delivering targeted training on feature utilization and member flows. Own the development of strategic Community Design Plans, including network architecture, monthly themes, and launch programming calendars. Provide creative input on brand elements like landing pages and email sequences to ensure a cohesive member journey. Collaborate with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams to handle lightweight setup tasks and maintain regular updates on Host performance and risks. Contribute to shared knowledge by capturing best practices and scaling playbooks across the Customer Success team.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of client-facing experience
- ideally working with strategic accounts or supporting 5–6 figure engagements in a SaaS, media, or creator-focused business
- 2+ years experience in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role
- Strategic thinker and tactical executor—you can map out long-term plans, define metrics for success, and follow through on details to deliver
- Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences

- Excellent communicator and facilitator
- confidence in guiding executive teams through planning, decision-making, and feedback cycles
