Job Summary
Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties to maintain high customer service in all resident inquiries. Issue violations of deed restrictions regarding property maintenance and aesthetics, then document, photograph, and record all findings. Assist homeowners with the Architectural Review process by preparing applications for committee review. Maintain confidentiality of business matters while communicating effectively orally and in writing with excellent telephone manner. Prepare applications for committee review and ensure compliance with HOA governing documents. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as determined by the Community Manager.

- Reliable means of transportation as a personal vehicle
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the site as determined by the Community Manager, including possible evenings and weekends
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- CAM license (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within six months of hire)
- Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions
- Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds
- Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
- Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices
- Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions
- Hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving
- Maintain a clean motor vehicle report
- Hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits
