Job Summary
Provide supervision and all direct care to maintain safety and comfort of the person receiving services; transport or accompany individuals on trips to community outings, appointments, or recreation for community integration; develop inclusive community activities; establish and maintain positive relationships with area businesses; assist with daily living tasks; foster independent living; assist with development and following Habilitation Plans; provide training to develop goals and living skills; supervise during program hours and community outings to ensure health and safety; complete required documentation in accordance with rules, regulations, policies and billing practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate/GED
- Valid driver’s license acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier
