Job Summary
Provide contracted therapeutic day treatment, home-based, mentoring, or other community services for youth and families. The Community Services Provider role is a 10-month position with school-based hours. Responsibilities include delivering and documenting behavioral and mental health interventions per the client’s ISP, receiving clinical supervision from a licensed mental health professional, conducting face-to-face assessments, delivering therapies and services per service plans, meeting required timelines for documentation, and preparing for billing and pre-authorizations related to Medicaid. The role requires collaboration with supervisors, coordinators, referring agencies, school personnel, and other professionals, maintaining QMHP certification, and participating in clinical reviews, trainings, and program activities. A Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is required, along with QMHP credentials or current eligibility, and willingness to travel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
- Certification by the Board of Counseling as a QMHP-C or QMHP-Trainee OR education/experience meeting requirements for QMHP-Child or Trainee
- Willingness to travel and possibly work non-traditional business hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Home-based, therapeutic day treatment, or other community-based service and Medicaid experience preferred
