Job Summary
Provide individualized support to people with developmental disabilities in their private homes or in the community, engaging in recreational and community-based activities to promote independence. Collaborate to offer learning opportunities that help clients achieve personal goals, participate in activities such as shopping, exercise groups, and dining out, and support overall well-being. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid NYS Driver’s License, reliable transportation, at least 18 years old, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, and weekend hours; part-time or full-time positions available in the Capital District (including Warren and Washington counties).
