Job Summary
Managerial role within the Community Services and Supports Department responsible for quality assurance and compliance. Leads and provides supervision to Home and Community Based Waiver Specialists and Quality Assurance Specialists; analyzes quality assurance trends and collaborates with case management and resource development staff to ensure regulatory compliance and service quality. Requires advanced education (Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with extensive experience in human services) and strong skills in interpreting laws, regulations, policy standards, and in written/verbal communication and time management.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree and five years of experience in a human service (or related) agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities
- Bachelor’s degree and twelve years of experience in a human service (or related) agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities
