Job Summary
Hands-on field role performing maintenance, repair, and improvement work for homeowner and condominium associations, while identifying, estimating, and coordinating future maintenance and improvement projects. Responsible for conducting preventative maintenance inspections, troubleshoots and repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and irrigation tasks, and developing scopes of work and cost estimates for Community Managers and Board Members. Coordinates with vendors and internal staff to schedule work, tracks project timelines and budgets, maintains project documentation, and delivers professional customer service to residents and managers. Requires strong estimating, budgeting, and project planning skills, reading blueprints or drawings, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, property management, or related experience
- Experience preparing estimates, bids, or scopes of work preferred
- Experience working in homeowner associations, condominium associations, commercial properties, or multifamily communities preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required
- Reliable transportation to travel between communities
