Community Services Coordinator

Coordinate the Spravato program by working with prescribers, nursing staff, and finance to complete benefit verification, prior authorizations, and scheduling while guiding residents through sessions. Complete related clinical financial documentation and communication, providing care coordination and administrative support for treatment and discharge planning. Address logistical barriers to discharge and maintain a resource library for referrals in collaboration with campus Care Coordinators. Review and address administrative process challenges with the supervisor and attend weekly meetings. This role supports the Asheville Community Program and Partial Hospitalization Program within CooperRiis, a therapeutic healing community in Asheville, NC.
