Community Service Tech- Maintenance EPA / HVAC Certify !

Job Summary
Maintains the physical condition and appearance of the community and performs day-to-day duties assigned by the service manager. May perform duties of the Community Service Supervisor based on assignment. Responsible for prompt, courteous service to residents, completing make-ready unit maintenance, servicing major appliances, inspecting and maintaining common areas and building systems, and reporting deficiencies. Requires HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification, EPA Refrigerant Certification, CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license, plus at least three years of related experience. Must adhere to safety programs, be available for overtime and on-call schedules, and align with the company’s mission and core values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED for consideration
- Trade School preferred
- HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience
- Knowledge of skilled trades including construction/installation, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical, and appliance repair
- Framing and finishing walls, doorways, roofs, and other elements of wooden structures; installing and repairing sinks, drains, and toilets; inspecting and lubricating mechanical parts of equipment; basic welding and metal work
- Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days of employment
