Job Summary
The Community Service Technician performs maintenance and service tasks to ensure the physical condition of a property and high customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and at least three years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience
- Knowledge of a variety of skilled trades including minor carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to perform maintenance work, installation and repairs
Desired Qualifications
- Trade School preferred
- HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
