Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and repairs for an apartment community; supervise a team of maintenance technicians and assistants; manage a budget and assist in annual budgeting; ensure safety and compliance; coordinate make-readies, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects; provide supervision, training, and development; requires HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification and EPA Universal/CPO certificates; valid driver’s license; minimum three years related experience; high school diploma or GED; strong knowledge of trades and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications

- HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience
- Knowledge of skilled trades (construction/installation/repair/maintenance)
- Completion of in-house training within first 90 days of employment
