Job Summary
Provide home and community-based rehabilitative services to children with emotional and mental health challenges, traveling locally to work with families in their communities and delivering a core of services including non-licensed counseling, skill-building, caregiver and youth support, advocacy, pre-vocational services, and respite. Work within a Family-driven Care framework, collaborate with families to identify goals and treatment objectives, coordinate scheduling with the child and caregiver, participate in treatment meetings and trainings, and complete all documentation. Requires a related bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or a related master’s degree with 1+ year of experience, plus a valid NYS driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of related experience OR Master’s degree in Social Work, counseling, psych, or related human service and at least one year of related experience
