Required Qualifications

• •Bilingual Spanish
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •1 year of experience working in a community setting
• •Strong organizational and listening skills
• •Ability to express ideas with clarity, confidence, and sensitivity
• •Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently
• •Must possess a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• •Must be available to perform the duties of the job during most, but not limited to core business hours (between 9-5pm, M-F)
• •Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger dexterity, handle with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, kneel, crouch, or talk and hear
• •Must be able to close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• •Must pass a criminal background check
• •Must pass a child sexual abuse and other criminal activity check
• •Must pass a credit check
• •Must be free of illegal drugs and abuse of alcohol
• •Must be able to maintain confidentiality involving clients in accordance with organizational and federal guidelines
• •Must be able to effectively interact and work collaboratively in a flexible work environment with a variety of constituents including CEO, board members, clients and family members or caretakers, interns, volunteers, staff, and community partners
• •Must be able to treat all students, families, community members, school personnel, partners, donors, teammates and others with respect
• •Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• •Must be able to adhere to EveryMind and Youth and Family Services Division (YFS) policies established by EveryMind Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Program Officer, and Division Director
• •Must be able to consistently represent EveryMind and the Linkages to Learning program in a professional manner
• •Must be able to provide translation and interpretation support to LTL staff who are not bilingual
• •Must be able to track, monitor and provide bus tokens, cab vouchers and emergency food delivery for LTL families
• •Must be able to contact clients to remind them of appointments with staff, as well as changes or cancellations
• •Must be able to serve as initial point of access for families inquiring about LTL programs and services
• •Must be able to assist in cultivating and obtaining necessary resources to help meet families' food, clothing, housing or other needs
• •Must be able to assist with after school, evening and summer programs, workshops, groups, holiday gift giving program and other special projects
• •Must be able to provide childcare while parents meet individually with staff and coordinate child care for specific events such as groups, workshops or activities
• •Must be able to manage waitlists for Family Case Manager and Child and Family Therapist services
• •Must be able to maintain confidentiality of clients according to EveryMind Confidentiality Policy
• •Must be able to receive onsite task assignment from Family Case Manager and Child and Family Therapist and receive direct supervision from Program Manager
• •Must be able to perform the duties of the job during some flexibility with schedule (evening and/or weekend hours)
• •Must be able to work mostly on-site but may work some hours remotely with the approval of the supervisor
• •Must be able to work during Tuesday & Thursday 830am-12pm
• •Must be able to work during all other hours flexible (M-F during core business hours)
• •Must be able to work 20 hours per week
• •Must be able to work in a high-stress nature of the role
• •Must possess a high level of personal resilience
• •Must maintain stable mental health
• •Must be able to provide effective support
• •Must be able to maintain the professional standards required for the position
• •Must be able to be triggered or re-traumatized by content that is handled in the program
• •Must be able to experience issues within the past 12 months
• •Must be able to be recommended for this work
• •Must be able to be free of a history of trauma or suicidality
